Ruth Rudin Israeli artist Ruth Rudin was born and raised in Haifa. Ruth Rudin study and career in art started early in her life, and she studied extensively both in Wizo in Israel and Mass College of Art in Boston where she lived for a few years. Ruth Rudin works in many media, including watercolors, inks, and fabric painting, gouache, and computer graphics. The works of Ruth Rudin have ranged from graphic designs such as magazine layouts, catalogs, folders, CD covers, book covers, brochures and more, to calligraphy and illustrations. The Ketubot illustrations designed by Ruth Rudin are always vibrant and original, and are all customizable. Captured by the beauty and colors of the land of Israel and enchanted by the Bible stories Ruth Rudin found her personal way to express the joy of life in her Ketubot and blessings illustrations that are loved around the globe and displayed in many museums. Judaic themes, Israeli landscapes and cityscapes figure prominently in her art work. Ruth Rudin captures important Jewish life cycle events through her work and her illuminated Ketubot. Ruth Rudin would like to share the happiness of entering into one of the life cycle most important events, such as getting married with her large collection of illustrated Ketubot.
